Cannon Hall North Range Project

We undertook a project at Cannon Hall, Barnsley on behalf of the local authority. The project involved the renovation of an existing building that was historically used to house the boiler and pump work for the adjacent greenhouse. The building was to be renovated so it could be used as a training centre for the local community.

The building was structurally made good by removing areas of defective brickwork and re-building with reclaied bricks and traditional lime mortar. We installed a new timber sub-floor and formed a kitchenette and disabled WC within the building.

The project was equipped with a waste water treatment plant. This was installed and commissioned so that all waste water from the building could be dispensed safely into the water course.
